FREE CRITIQUE CONTEST WINNER

The winner of Panverse Publishing's FREE CRITIQUE contest is Shannon L. Fay of Nova Scotia. The winner was determined using the random number generator at random.org, since we couldn't afford the equipment required for a subatomic particle decay setup. Congratulations to Shannon!

In the spirit of giving back to the writing community, we've decided to run this contest again, certainly in the summer and likely earlier. Look for announcements here and on our Facebook Page.

CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY: FREE CRITIQUE !

for you or the writer in your life

Panverse Publishing's founder/editor Dario Ciriello* is offering a FREE critique to the winner of our random draw. To enter, simply use our website 'Contact Us' form (linked above) and enter your name and email address. There's no catch--we won't sell your email or spam you! The only restriction is that the applicant/giftee should have progressed beyond the early learning stage and been published in at least a 'token payment/payment in copies' market--this is in order to ensure that the critique goes to someone who can best benefit from it.

You can apply for yourself, or give this as a Christmas gift. The drawing will be random and the winner notified by email and by announcement here.

Panverse eBooks

We're going to be making all Panverse titles available in every digital format during the coming weeks. Currently Panverse One, Panverse Three, and Aegean Dream are available in Kindle format from Amazon and other formats via Smashwords; all will soon be available at the Sony, Kobo, and Diesel online stores.

In the meantime, if you want to purchase a Panverse title in a digital format and can't find it online, email us at office dot panpubs a*t gmail dot com, and we'll be happy to supply it.

We have opened to submissions for PANVERSE FOUR.

Beginning with Panverse Four, we will be moving to a digital-only format, with titles available in Kindle and all the popular e-book formats as well as PDF, from Amazon, B&N online, Smashwords, this website, and a number of other online venues.

AWARD NOMINATION

Panverse Publishing is delighted to announce that Alan Smale's AH story 'A Clash of Eagles' (Panverse Two) has been nominated for the 2011 Sidewise Award for Alternate History. The winners will be announced at Renovation, the 69th Annual World Science Fiction Convention, the weekend of August 17-21, 2011, in Reno, Nevada.

AEGEAN DREAM

Dario Ciriello's true, tragic-comic memoir of a hopeful couple's 2006 move to a tiny Greek island to start a new life and live happily ever after, a plan which had obviously not been cleared by the Greek Gods, is being reprinted with a new cover layout and corrections to some minor formatting issues. The new edition is expected to ship to purchasers by August 16th.
